Our company today is a successfully realized project proving the possibility of effective competing with foreign vegetables producers.
Agrocomplex Volzhsky LLC is the greenhouse facility with the total area of 18 hectares, located in Sredneahtubinsky district of Volgograd region.
Usage of the most innovative technologies allows us to grow fresh, eco-friendly vegetables all-year-round. 18 hectares of locally produced tomatoes nearby the customers is a huge step towards import substitution! Successful cooperation of regional government and investors started in 2012 and this was the year when high-tech greenhouse construction project started in Sredneahtubinsky district.
The greenhouse is equipped with high-capacity artificial light. We use effective bio protection methods to ensure pollination and product safety. We put all our trust in innovative technologies: vegetables are grown by means of soilless agriculture in a special substrate. It allows to reach the 40% increase of yield comparing to traditional growing technologies. The greenhouse is equipped with high-tech equipment and the climate control system. Innovative technologies make it possible to form the required microclimate in the completely closed, protected greenhouse thus making it possible to reach high yields. We grow tomato on vine which offers high taste characteristics and excellent shelf-life. Our production is sold to Ekaterinburg, Saint-Petersburg, Moscow, Cheboksary, Samara and other cities. Approximately 20% of harvested product stays at the local market.
Our product range is of high demand, tomatoes on vine are the favorite purchase item of our clients. Currently we are exploring the market and testing exclusive varieties of cherry tomatoes. Our fresh tomatoes were awarded with golden medal at the competition “Best product of Volgograd region – 2018”. Executive director of Agrocomplex Volzhsky LLC became the winner of regional competition “Best manager and the best company -2017”.
